Returns
At LR Pure Botanicals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and refunds process.

Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at admin@lrpurebotanicals.com within 7 days of receiving your package. Include your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Non-Refundable Items:
